  • Negotiate and close deals/contracts with B2B customers
  • Manage full sales cycle: inquiry → proposal → delivery → collections
  • Analyze invoices, monitor customer accounts and manage credit limits
  • Accurately record customers/orders in CRM and coordinate with ERP
  • Systematic sales documentation: calls, quotations, orders, follow-ups

  • Evaluate nonconformities, follow corrective/preventive actions
  • Statistical quality control (SPC) and 7 QC tools

  • Perform preventive (PM) and emergency (EM) maintenance per schedule
  • Full knowledge of machines, utilities, and mechanical/electrical/electronic systems
  • Repair equipment for production and other departments per drawings
  • Maintain chillers, AHUs, boiler room, water treatment and ancillary equipment
  • Familiar with power distribution design and IEC standards
